The Election Commission of India has suspended Telangana’s Director General of Police, Anjani Kumar, along with State Police Nodal Officer Sanjay Jain and Nodal (Expenditure) Mahesh Bhagwat. Their meeting with candidate Anumula Revanth Reddy allegedly violated the Model Code of Conduct in the ongoing Legislative Assembly election.
