A horrific incident has shaken Rajasthan on Saturday. A 45-year-old woman was gang-raped by six people in Tijara, Alwar district while she was coming back to her home with her nephew on a bike. Three accused have been arrested in connection with the rape by police.
The police said that these six persons made the nephew forcefully act in the crime as if he was participating so that the woman couldn't lodge a complaint with the police. The crime happened on September 14.
After a video clip of the hideous crime got viral, the victim came forward to file a complaint on September 17. The three accused who recorded the video have been arrested, while the police are in search of the other involved, said Tijara DSP Kushal Singh. The police also added that a minor is also in the list of the accused.

The woman was returning back from her brother's village in Haryana when they stopped by a group of youth. They were unrecognizable and had sharp weapons with them. The woman's nephew was held hostage while one of them raped her. The others were filming the crime and assaulted her, said the police.
The DSP said that an investigating team has been formed to look into the case after the accused have put the video clip on social media. According to sources, the woman had only informed her husband about the crime and didn't lodge a complaint.
In a similar incident that happened a year ago, a woman was gang-raped and filmed in front of her husband, later the video was circulated on social media. The case was reported in Thanagaazi in Alwar district.
