sushant Singh Rajput's death case is now taking a u-turn and taking a dig at Bollywood. The Muzaffarpur court of Bihar has directed 7 Bollywood celebs to appear in the court in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput's death. According to reports, Judge Rakesh Malviya has directed Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Sajid Nadiadwala, Ekta Kapoor, Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh Vijan to either appear in court on October 21 or their lawyer should be there while hearing takes place.
Salman's role
Earlier, the court had asked these bollywood personalities, including Salman Khan, to appear in the hearing on October 7. Then Salman's lawyer Saket Tiwari went and presented his case. But there was no other present there. Now the court has sent a notice to the address of the other seven celebs. It states that if they do not appear in the October 21 hearing, a unilateral order will be passed.
The Reason of Petition
On 17 June, Muzaffarpur lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed an application in the court to register a case against eight people in the Sushant case. In his petition, Sudhir had accused eight people, including Salman Khan, that they all forced Sushant to commit suicide.
Sudhir had alleged that Sushant was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not allowed to be released. Due to all these things Sushant took suicidal steps. Sudhir had appealed to the court to file a case under sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 of the IPC against all the accused.
