Just after Manish Khanduri, son of former chief of the Parliamentary Committee BC Khanduri, joined Congress for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections next month, Rahul Gandhi took on Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that BJP never gave the due respect to BC Khanduri for his role in the Parliamentary Committe. And when he raised some serious concerns over National Security, Modi removed him from the Parliamentary Committe.
"He gave all his life to Army. But when he asked a question on National Security in Parliament and spoke the truth that the government is not helping the Army the way it should, he was removed from the Chairmanship of that Committe," said the Congress Chief in his public rally in Uttarakhand.
Rahul Gandhi also attacked Modi saying that Modi kept shooting in Jim Corbett Park even after getting to know the attack on CRPF jawans in Pulwama.
"While I cancelled all my engagements after the Pulwama attack, Modi ji was busy filming in Jim Corbett Park," said Rahul.
The Congress Chief also took on Modi's favoritism towards Anil Ambani in Rafale Deal accusing him of corruption and capitalism.
