Police have arrested the accused man who killed his wife and son in the Geeta Colony area of Delhi.
He killed his wife and son due to financial constraints and then was going to commit suicide himself, but the police caught him before doing so.
Sachin, who lives in 12/47 in Geeta Colony 12 block, has killed his wife and a son. It is being told that the accused Sachin killed his wife and 15-year-old son by giving poison and then fled.
After committing the crime, the accused Sachin has also sent a message, in which he has said that he is also going to die.
Police officers say that in the initial investigation, it seems that Sachin was facing a financial crisis, due to which he had spoken of committing suicide by killing his wife and son.
But before he could commit suicide, the police arrested him. Police took the bodies in possession and sent them for postmortem.
DCP R Satya Sundaram reached the spot. Talking to the media, he told that the police had received the news at 3.40 pm that a man had absconded after killing his son and wife.
He told that the police who reached the spot saw that the body of Kanchan Arora was lying on the bed.
Kanchan Arora's age was said to be 35 years while her son's body was lying on the ground. His 15-year-old son used to study in 9th class.
The police have sent the body for postmortem after doing Panchnama so that it can be known how the murder was done.
The police suspect that some kind of poison was given. After that, both were killed by suffocating with a pillow.
Before the murder of his wife and son, Sachin also sent a message to his relatives on a mobile, in which he wrote, 'All this has been done of his own free will. He has lost his mind.'
Police have arrested the accused Sachin and interrogating him. Efforts are being made to know under what circumstances the murder took place, on to which people he was indebted. What kind of financial crisis was he going through or is there some other reason for the murder.
