Aam Aadmi Party is going to
form the government in Punjab. With the advent of the Aam Aadmi Party, people
are expecting many big changes. In which women's empowerment is important. A
total of 93 women candidates had tried their luck in the Punjab Assembly
elections out of which 13 have been victorious. AAP's Jeevanjot Kaur from
Amritsar East, the hottest seat in the state, has defeated her veteran rival,
Navjot Singh. On the other hand, Narinder Kaur Bharj from Sangrur seat defeated
Punjab Minister Vijay Inder Singla. Most of the winning candidates, despite
being new, managed to give victory to AAP.

margin of 39,656 votes.
