Abhishek Bachchan has recently opened to the ongoing speculation in an interview with Bollywood UK Media about his divorce rumors with Aishwarya Rai.
It all started when Abhishek arrived with his family at the Ambani wedding, while Aishwarya came along with daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.
Subsequently, Abhishek's like on a post about the rise in divorce cases fuelled more rumours. But when someone created a fake video of Abhishek announcing his divorce using artificial intelligence (AI), and this fake video went viral, it was obvious that things had gone too far.
The 'Happy New Year star has now spoken out about all of this and declared his marital status.
During an interview with Bollywood UK Media, Abhishek reacted to these speculations by showing his wedding ring as he said, "still married." He further said, "I don't have anything to say to you all about that. You all have blown the entire thing out of proportion, sadly. I understand, why you do it. You have to file some stories. It's okay, we're celebrities, we have to take it.”
The rumours also went berserk when Aishwarya was spotted for a vacation in New York with Aaradhya, sans Abhishek.
It is obvious that the viral video was staged. Abhishek, meanwhile, supported all of the Indian athletes competing in the Paris Olympics 2024. After winning the silver medal, he gave Neeraj Chopra a hug, which warmed people's hearts on the internet.
Regarding his career, Abhishek has joined the cast of "King," which also stars Suhana Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh has declared his involvement in "King." In addition to this movie, Abhishek is set to appear in Remo D'souza's upcoming project, "Be Happy." Nora Fatehi is also a star. Additionally, Abhishek will be appearing in Shoojit Sircar's upcoming film.
