A 22-year-old student and activist from Bengaluru, Disha Ravi, accused in the case involving "Toolkit" - which was tweeted by Swedish teen climate activist Greta Thunberg earlier this month. The tweet posted was meant to support the protesting farmers. She was arrested in Bangalore and brought to Delhi and has been accused of trying to recreate a Khalistani group and revive the movement. Cops also alleged that she is influenced by terrorists like Gurpatwant Singh Pannu and Khalistani groups like Poetic Justice.

She has been sent to police custody for five days by a Delhi Court for further questioning.

The Delhi police said Disha Ravi, is an Editor of the Toolkit Google Document and key conspirator in document's formulation and dissemination. She started WhatsApp Group and collaborated to make the Toolkit document and worked closely with them to draft the Document.

“In this process, they all collaborated with the pro-Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation to spread disaffection against the Indian State. She (Disha Ravi) was the one who shared the Toolkit Doc with Greta Thunberg”: Delhi Police said.

The Delhi police further added that Disha later had asked Greta to remove the main document after its incriminating details accidentally got into the public domain. This is many times more than the 2 lines editing that she claims, informed the police.

However, Disha Ravi claims she has nothing to do with the “toolkit”. "I did not make a Toolkit. We wanted to support the farmers. I edited two lines on February 3," Disha Ravi told the court.

The “toolkit” was created by a Khaistani organisation named the Poetic Justice Foundation, the Delhi police had said earlier, claiming that it was present there on social media ahead of the Republic Day riots. Assuming a conspiracy behind the violent events that unfolded during the farmers’ tractor rally on January 26.

"If you go by the unfolding of events of January 26, it reveals a copycat execution of the action plan," the Delhi Police had said.

Delhi Police Special Commissioner Praveer Ranjan stated, “The call was to wage economic, social, cultural and regional war against India.”
