Daniel’s sister announced on Monday about the unfortunate incident. However the cause of death was not revealed. “My heart is shattered & to write this feels so wrong and I don’t even know what to say. Yesterday I lost my brother, best friend & the other half of my heart,” wrote Meredith Mickelson on a baby photo of her along with Daniel, her brother on Instagram.
The young actor’s girlfriend, Maddie Haley shared a heart wrecking caption on her Instagram along with some adorable pictures. “I wish my plans to spend the rest of my life with you weren’t stripped away from me like this. I wish I could tell you how much I love you and I wish I got the chance to say goodbye. I’m not sure how I’m going to get through this but I’m going to be strong for you because I know it’s what you would have wanted.” wrote Maddie, as she grieved his death.
Right after the news broke out, fans poured in thousands expressing their grief on the sad news. Along with fans, many celebrities shared their condolences on Meredith’s post including Paris Hilton, Jordyn Woods, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Kaia Gerber to name a few.

Daniel Mickelson was doing well professionally as he launched his own clothing line and a fashion brand named ‘Kids Back Home’ early this year.
