Following the precedent set by fellow Fulton Judge Robert McBurney, Judge McAfee in the order issued clarified that the press and media personnel will be allowed to use computers and cellphones inside the courtrooms. However, the Judge pointed out that they are not allowed to record the court proceedings as there will be pool coverage available for television and radio, as well as still photography will be permitted.
