Internet was abuzz with news of Underworld don and gangster Chhota Rajan died due to Covid-19, however, All India Institute of Medical Services (AIIMS) officials ruled out the reports to be false and said the gangster is alive and undergoing treatment.
Rajan, 61, has been kept in solitary confinement in one of Tihar's largest cells, where he was not allowed to associate with other inmates for security reasons. Due to a slew of comorbidities, including diabetes, cardiac disease, kidney failure, hernia, laparotomy, and hypertension, the deceased was classified as a high-risk coronavirus patient.
