Amidst accusations and a lot of criticisms by the family, friends, and fans of late Sushant Singh Rajput, the five members team of the AIIMS submitted the final report to the CBI on Monday. Going by the reports of Times Now, the report shared by the medical team contains conclusive findings on the case of Sushant Singh Rajput.
The medical board of AIIMS forensic experts, headed by Dr. Sudhir Gupta, was set up last month to look into the medical files related to Rajput's death and study the autopsy and viscera reports.
"AIIMS and CBI are in agreement on the Sushant Singh Rajput death case but more deliberations are needed. There is a need to look into some legal aspects for a logical legal conclusion," said Dr. Sudhir Gupta, head of the Forensic Department at AIIMS and chairman of the medical board. The findings of the AIIMS panel will be taken as expert opinion in this case and the doctors would be prosecution witnesses, sources said.
The CBI team had a long meeting with the AIIMS team on Monday and they submitted their final conclusive report. Earlier Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde had suggested CBI form another medical team if they are not capable. Even Sushant's family lawyer Vikas Singh said that the case of the late actor has become a matter of less-priority for the CBI.
The CBI on Monday also released its official statement on the ongoing criticism and said, "The CBI is conducting professional investigation related to death of Sushant in which all aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled out as of date."
