Alive insect allegedly found in burger from McDonald’s restaurant in Jalandhar

The insect allegedly bit the woman's daughter on the mouth when she took a bite of her burger.

In a shocking development, an alive insect was allegedly found inside the food of a Mcdonald’s restaurant in Jalandhar. The family created a ruckus outside the restaurant following the incident. The woman alleges that her daughter was bit by the insect when she took a bite of her burger. After that, she immediately took her daughter to a nearby private hospital. This restaurant is located on road from Sri Guru Nanak Mission Chowk to Nakodar Chowk (B.R. Ambedkar Chowk).

Jalandhar resident Indrajit Kaur informed that she had come with her family to eat outside at night. The children wanted to eat burgers from a McDonald’s restaurant, so she came with her family to the franchise restaurant adjacent to Fortune Hotel on Nakodar Road. She had ordered full meals for the children. When the food arrived, the children first ate French fries, however when her daughter started eating the burger, a live insect and bit her. They immediately took the girl to a nearby private hospital. When she came and complained about it, the staff present inside the burger franchise restaurant located on Nakodar Road threw away the said burger.

The family also recorded a video of the insect emerging which they showed the staff. Indrajit Kaur accused the staff of mistreatment saying that they did not even ask for water. The family said that they will file a complaint with the police about this matter today, so that action can be taken against them. 

True Scoop News tried to contact the McDonald’s restaurant for their statement, however they could not be reached.
