In the latest development regarding Waris Punjab De Chief Amritpal Singh’s Ajnala Protest, information has come that his supporters have attacked the concerned police station. The video of the same has also come where people in large numbers who gathered to support Amritpal Singh can be seen breaking the barricades.
As per information, stones were pelted at police personnel deployed for security. Till now details of how many people got injured during the attack are still awaited. Amritpal Singh reached Ajnala a few hours back to protest outside the Ajnala Police Station over the arrest of his close aid Lovepreet Singh Toofan.
For the unversed, Amritpal Singh and his followers decided to stage a protest outside the Ajnala Police station to raise voices against the arrest of his close aid Lovepreet Singh Toofan. A few days back Ajnala Police arrested two members of his group members namely Lovepreet Singh Toofan and Sandhu from their home over the kidnapping case. A case was also registered against Amritpal and his members for kidnapping and assaulting a person.
