In the latest development over crackdown on Amritpal Singh, now his wife Kirandeep Kaur has come under Punjab Police’s scanner. Punjab Police and other intelligence agencies have started investigating bank accounts, movements and relations of the family members with Amritpal Singh. As per the latest information, Waris Punjab De Chief’s wife Kirandeep Kaur’s investigation has also started.

Reportedly, Punjab Police has started its investigation about Amritpal Singh’s wife Kirandeep Kaur who lives in England. As per information, detailed information about her, her call records, and her relations with foreign terrorist agencies if any are also being probed.

Apart from this, 8 teams of the National Investigating Agency (NIA) have reached Punjab. These teams have started investigation in districts Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Jalandhar, Gurdaspur, Jalandhar. Till now 114 of Amritpal Singh’s associates have been arrested while his uncle has been shifted from Punjab to Dibrugarh Center Jail in Assam.

Apart from this, manhunt has also been increased in areas ranging from Shahkot to Malsia. The police suspect Amritpal Singh to be hiding in Jalandhar due to which the entry and exit points of the district have been blocked. The force is also stationed in Amritpal's village Jallukheda.
