Celebrating his 30th birthday, Anant Ambani - the youngest son of Asia’s richest man Mukesh Ambani, completed 170 kilometers of ‘padayatra’ (foot march) from his residence in Jamnagar, Gujrat, to the Dwarkadhish Temple on April 6, Sunday.

Many people joined him on this journey, and they were heartily thanked by the director of Reliance Industries Limited for becoming a part of this spiritual journey.

However, this action by Anant Ambani has raised questions among the people, and they are curious to know the truth behind this padayatra. 

The answer to all the questions is yes, Anant Ambani actually performed the padayatra on his birthday. The major purpose behind this foot march was to seek blessings and express his devotion to the lord before his 30th birthday on April 10, 2025.

The details of Padyatra - 

Anant started his journey around five days ago and, on average, completed around 10 to 12 kilometers every night in order to avoid traffic disturbances. During this foot march, he was accompanied by Z+ security, local police, and support staff to ensure his safety and security. 

On the fifth day, he visited the Viswanath Veda Sanskrit Pathshala in the village of Vadtra, where he was welcomed with the traditional Sanskrit shlokas chants. There, he addressed the youth of the nation and mentioned, “I want to tell the youth to have faith in Sanatan Dharma. God’s blessings have given me strength, and I have been walking for five days.”

Later, he was joined by his wife, Radhika Merchant, and his mother, Nita Ambani, on Sunday morning at the Dwarkadhish Temple.

This step by Anant was lauded by his wife, who, during the interaction with the media, stated, “Today, it's Anant's 30th birthday. It was his wish that he would do this padayatra after our wedding... We feel proud that we are celebrating his birthday here Today. I thank all those who blessed him for his padayatra to be successful..."
