Animal actor Manjot Singh saves girl from suicide in Sharda University Noida; Viral Video wins internet

Bollywood actor Manjot Singh on Saturday broke the internet after his old video went viral in which he saved a girl from jumping off the roof. Manjot Singh was recently seen in the blockbuster movie Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Tripti Dimri, Anil Kapoor, and more. Manjot Singh played the character of Ranbir Kapoor's cousin in the movie who was brought to the city from a Punjab village to amp up the security of his father (Anil Kapoor). Not only this, it was Manjot Singh who started to sing Arjan Vailly in the movie Animal when Ranbir Kapoor went on a killing spree. Now, Manjot Singh saving the girl from suicide video is going viral on social media and fans are hailing him as a 'real life hero'. 

 

The video was shared by Manjot Singh on his Instagram with the caption, "this happened in 2019 a girl was committing SUICIDE and by the grace of god i was able to save her i was in right place at the right time . We all face problems and hardships "Sometimes even to live is an act of courage."

 

As per reports, Manjot Singh's viral video was taken in 2019 when he was studying BTech at Sharda University in Greater Noida. In the viral Manjot Singh video in 2019, a girl can be seen attempting to die by suicide but the actor was present at the right place and right time to save her from dying. In the viral video, when the girl tried to jump from the second floor, he grabbed the arm of the girl in time from the terrace of the college. Later, two more people came to rescue to girl and pulled her up from falling. 

 

Manjot recently opened up about the incident in an interview as well. Manjot was quoted saying, "I initiated a conversation, asking if she faced any trouble or if there was a disagreement. She mentioned a disagreement with her mother. I cautiously moved closer to her. However, as soon as I approached, she jumped." After he saved the girl, Delhi's Sikh community reportedly honored Manjot and promised to pay his coaching fees for the civil services examination.
