Bollywood Diva Anushka Sharma celebrated her birthday on May 1. Amid the covid 19 lockdown in Maharashtra Anushka’s birthday celebration was quite different from the previous years. Owing to the Coronavirus situation the matru ki bijli ka mandola actress was not seen celebrating her birthday. She didn’t feel right this time to celebrate. However, she received a lot of wishes on her birthday from many celebrities as well as her fans.
On Sunday evening she shared a video thanking all those who wished her on birthday. She shared a thanking video on her social media and in the same video she made an appeal to the people to stay safe and informed the public that she and her husband Virat Kohli will be soon sharing the details of their way of helping in the covid time.
Sharing the video on her Instagram she said, “Hi guys, I hope you are safe. I just wanna say a big thank you for the lovely birthday wishes. It truly made my day special. Well in midst of so much pain and suffering it just did not feel right to celebrate my birthday. I have seen all your messages and now I have an important message for all of you. I appeal to everyone to unite and support our country in this hour of crisis. I and Virat are coming together to do our bit. We will be sharing the details soon so that you can also become part of this movement. Remember we all are in this together”.

Meanwhile, the actress is with her daughter Vamika and husband Virat Kohli who is busy playing IPL 2021.
