Bollywood actor & filmmaker Arbaaz Khan on Sunday got married to celebrity make-up artist Sshura Khan in an intimate ceremony. Arbaaz Khan-Sshura Khan's marriage took place at sister Arpita Khan's house in Mumbai. The wedding was attended by only close friends and family of both the bride and groom. Arbaaz Khan's marriage with Sshura was his second one after his divorce from Malaika Arora. Arbaaz was married to Malaika for 19 years and also shared a son named Arhaan Khan. However, Arhaan Khan seemed happy and enjoying his father Arbaaz Khan's second marriage. Interestingly, Malaika Arora was nowhere to be seen at Arbaaz Khan's wedding. Malaika Arora's absence indeed raised eyebrows as she and Arbaaz Khan share a close bond even after divorce and the duo are also co-parenting Arhaan Khan. Now, the question arises why did Malaika Arora not attend Arbaaz Khan-Sshura Khan's wedding?
The answer is Malaika opted to celebrate Christmas 2023 rather than going to her ex-husband's second marriage. Malaika Arora's presence in Arbaaz Khan's marriage may have turned things awkward between the Khan and Sshura's family. As a result, it is expected that Malaika Arora did not attend Arbaaz Khan's marriage. Interestingly, when Arbaaz Khan was getting married to Sshura Khan, she was spotted in a Mumbai Church.
In a video that is going viral on social media, Malaika was seen leaving the midnight mass with her family from a Mumbai Church on Christmas Eve. The Chaiyya Chaiyya girl maintained a low profile, posing for limited photos and rushing to her car instead. For the midnight mass, Malaika was seen wearing a white dress with a formal blazer. For those who are unaware, Malaika Arora is already in a committed relationship with Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor.
Arjun Kapoor had recently opened up on his marriage plans with Malaika Arora as well.

During the previous episode of Koffee with Karan Season 8, host Karan Johar had asked Arjun Kapoor since his relationship has been official for quite a long time whether he plans to take the next step with Malaika. On this, Arjun Kapoor responded, "I think at this point...as much as I love coming on your show and being as honest and sincere about it. I think this is part of my life and right now I want to take it as it comes...I think it's unfair to be sitting here without her and talking about the future. I think that would be the most respectful thing."
"Once we reach that stage, we will come and talk about it together. I am very happy where I am. And I think we make no bones about the fact that we survived whatever to be in this comfortable happy space. But, I don't want to speak about anything especially right now because I feel that's unfair to the relationship to talk alone about it, " Arjun added.
