After keeping their relationship a secret for a long time, Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor made their relationship public in 2019. Though their fans are overjoyed to see this Bollywood couple enjoying each other's company, there are plenty of critics who point out that Malaika is 11 years older than Arjun and also has a son.
Many fans mocked the new couple because of their age difference and the fact that Arora is older than Kapoor. However, it seems that the Gunday star has finally opened up about his girlfriend's history and dating her.
Arjun expressed his admiration for Malaika's history and claimed that he does not want fans to gossip about their relationship. He's also publicly accepted her son from a previous relationship.
Arjun Kapoor revealed in an exclusive interview that he was in a similar situation when his father, Boney Kapoor, divorced his mother and married Sridevi. He shared that he has been in a similar situation, and that it isn't always pleasant because "there are kids affected.”
“I don't try to be too talkative about my personal life because I believe you should value your partner, and there is a past there,” Arjun said of dating someone older with a son from a previous marriage. And I've been in situations where I've seen incidents unfold in public, and it's not always pleasant when children are involved affected.

Malaika Arora has a son called Arhaan Khan with her ex-husband Arbaaz Khan.
