Those who are still wondering why #ArrestSanjayRaut has become a top trend can read further. In the viral interview, Sanjay Raut says, "There is no threat in this. They were our MLAs who remained with us for quite a long time. I just told them that come to Mumbai then we will teach them. How is this a threat to them? Let them come, why are they getting frightened of coming to Mumbai?"

On being asked about the vandalism with sticks and violence, Sanjay Raut says, "No sticks have been used, but stones are being used. Sticks are not useful. Our people are filled with rage, therefore they are pelting stones. We are trying to stop them but it is out of our control now. They have taken the streets, Shiv Sena is very different. Once we take the streets then no one will be controlled. I don't even consider this as violence. If people are taking the streets against injustice, then I don't consider this as violence."

"Violence has not even started, it's not even a trailer.  It's just a warm-up," added Sanjay Raut.
