Canadian police have arrested India’s most wanted gangster Arshdeep Singh Gill, also known as Arsh Dalla. Arsh Dalla is declared a terrorist by India's National Investigation Agency (NIA). He is believed to be a close aide of pro-Khalistan leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
He will be presented in a local court in Canada tomorrow, where the charges against him will be heard.
According to CTV News, Arsh Dalla has been charged for his involvement in a shooting case in Ontario that was done on 28th October. He is accused of ‘intentional discharge’ in the incident. On 29th October, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) arrested two people in connection with the case, who were then rushed to a hospital after the shooting incident.
Arsh Dalla has several serious charges against him in India. He was involved in multiple criminal activities in Punjab, including murder, extortion, and more. Indian National Investigation Agency has declared him a wanted criminal for his involvement in terrorist activities and promoting pro-Khalistan networks.
The Indian government has demanded the return of Arash Dalla and other pro-Khalistan criminals from Canada in order to take legal actions against them in India.
