New Delhi: Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday directed that two unruly Members of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) be taken out of the House as they were creating uproar and had trooped into the Well.
During the ruckus between the Treasury bench and the Opposition, Congress and Trinamool Congress Members sat in the well and the two PDP members Nazir Ahmad Laway and Mir Mohammad Fayaz tried to 'tear the copy' of the Constitution. The members were protesting statutory resolution moved by Union Home Minister Amit Shah for the abrogation of Article 370 and bifurcation of Jammu and Kashmir.
