Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Mann has inaugurated the first phase of the Aam Aadmi Clinic established on the line of the flagship Mohalla Clinic of Delhi fulfilling one of their party’s biggest Poll promises in under 6 months since coming to power in the state for the first time.
AAP national convenor and Delhi chief minister have welcomed the step and congratulated the people of Punjab terming it the revolution in the state’s health sector.
In a tweet after the inauguration, Kejriwal wrote, “A big congratulations to the people of Punjab, after Delhi the revolution in the health sector has now begun in Punjab. It is just the beginning, we will establish the Aam Aadmi Clinics in every corner of Punjab.
The congratulatory messages were pouring in from different corners and leaders from the Aam Aadmi Party.
Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha Sansad Raghav Chadha from Punjab in a tweet said, “As India celebrates 75 years of independence, we inaugurate 75 #AamAadmiClinics in Punjab. The cornerstone of India being healthier and stronger is access to quality primary healthcare.”
The inauguration of Aam Aadmi Clinics has marked post-Bhagwant Mann’s flag hoisting at a state-level event in Ludhiana.
