On October 7, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail plea has been rejected by the court and now he has appealed for the bail plea at the session court. The plea would be heard on October 8, at 11 am. 


Today, NCB urged the court to extend the investigation and claimed that the anti-drug agency has arrested the main supplier of the drugs.

While extending the custody of star kid and seven others, one of the judges said, “Investigation is of prime importance and it needs to be carried out. It benefits both accused and investigator.” 


“I have filed for bail and interim bail,” Aryan Khan's lawyer Satish Maneshinde told the court, adding, “I am moving bail application. I have given copy yesterday so that they can give a reply.” Aryan’s hearing was concluded at 6:30 pm. 


Besides Aryan Khan, the arrestees are Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Chadha, Mohak Jaiswal, Gomit Chopra, Vikrant Chhokar and a drug supplier from suburban Juhu.

23-year-old Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on Sunday. This comes after NCB raided a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast, where several people were detained for questioning after banned substances were recovered from the party. As per the arrest memo of the NCB, 13 grams of cocaine, five gram of MD, 21 grams of charas and 22 pills of Ecstasy and Rs 1.33 lakh was seized after the raid. The drugs were found hidden in clothes, underwear and purses, reported news agency PTI.
