The counting has started in UP for 403 seats along with 40 seats in Goa and 60 seats in Manipur. Goa went to the polls in a single phase on February 14, while Manipur went to the polls in two phases on February 28 and March 5.
A total of 265 candidates were in the fray in both the phases in Manipur, while 301 candidates were in the fray for 40 seats in Goa.
According to the trends of the opening hour, the Congress is very close in Goa, while the BJP is leading in Manipur. Whereas BJP takes a huge lead in UP with 250 seats and shows that BJP once again will rule the UP chart.
