The time of delivery can often create panic among people. However, this time an interesting incident took place when an open space near elevator of a hospital became an operation theatre. An Australian woman named Julie Anna Longano gave birth to a boy outside the lifts of a hospital as others watched on.
Julie and her husband Trent rushed to Epworth Freemasons Hospital near Melbourne CBD when her contractions began. The couple tried to enter the lift at the hospital but her labour had progressed so rapidly the recruitment officer had to take a call and go ahead with the delivery.
Talking to a news organization, Julie said, ""A minute apart - contractions a minute apart. You know from the movies you should be in a hospital by then. My eyes were bulging out of my head and I remember thinking, I've stuffed this up." The mother had a tough time getting into the car. She had to crawl on her hands and knees for it."
