Tensions are brewing in Punjab after a remark of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri of Rudraabhishek was linked to the Golden Temple. Dhirendra Shastri is the Peethadheeshwar of Bageshwar Dham in Madhya Pradesh. On March 18, Dhirendra Shastri gave a statement about the Harihar Temple in Moradabad. However, Barjinder Parwana of Punjab linked it to Sri Harmandir Sahib i.e. Golden Temple in Amritsar.

Baba Bageshwar Death Threat

Barjinder Parwana reportedly threatened Pandit Dhirendra Shastri that his countdown has started and he will be killed in any way he wants. Parwana even challenged Pandit Shastri to come to Punjab. There was a 5-day gathering from 26 to 30 November in Kadarabad village of Kapurthala district of Punjab. From the stage, Parwana gave this threat to Baba Bageshwar. In this case, Vishwa Hindu Takht chief Viresh Shandilya has demanded the police to arrest Parwana within 48 hours.

What did 'Baba Bageshwar' Dhirendra Shastri say?

Baba Bageshwar had said,"Rudrabhishek should be done in Harihar temple." In a religious program in Moradabad, Pandit Dhirendra Shastri, also known as Baba Bageshwar, had said, 'Now the voice has reached here. Now the worship of that temple should also start as soon as possible. Ram ji sat in Ayodhya. Lord Nandi came out in Kashi. This is the auspicious time. Now Abhishek... Rudrabhishek should be done in Harihar temple too.'

Baba Bageshwar's statement was not for the Golden Temple but for Kalki Dham Sambhal.

However, Parwana said,"He said this for the Golden Temple." Barjinder Parwana said, "The sadhu from Bageshwar Dham gave a statement that we will do our worship in that Harmandir. We will do Abhishek and build a temple. I say come, but remember one thing, we killed Indira Gandhi. She was not allowed to set foot inside. An army of lakhs came here, we shot them with bullets. Beant (former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh) was blown up with a bomb in Chandigarh."

"Bageshwar wale Baba should note that his countdown has started from today. We will hit you too and kill you as we wish. You just come. Forget about Harmandir Sahib, Bageshwar wala Baba should come to Amritsar or Punjab and show it," added Parwana.
