According to a police source, the two accused shooters involved in the murder of Baba Siddiqui, belongs from the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. They have claimed that they are connected to the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. Few days back, they were paid Rs 50,000 for expenses and they had also received weapons.
Who is Lawrence Bishnoi?
Lawrence Bishnoi is a notorious gangster active in Punjab, Haryana, New Delhi and Rajasthan. He is a former SOPU president and he runs his gang from jail. His name is increasing rapidly in murder and extortion cases. He is the son of Lovinder Bishnoi and Sumita Devi.
He has a close association with Satwinder Singh aka Goldie Brar (settled in Canada) and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria. They worked together in Punjab and neighboring states. They have also involved many gang members from Rajasthan and Haryana. He had claimed the responsibility of murder of Sidhu Moosewala on social media and claimed it as revenge for the killing of Vicky Middukhera.
Lawrence Bishnoi is a native of Abohar in Fazilka district. He was an alumnus of DAV College, Sector 10 of Chandigarh. He entered student politics during his college years and it is believed that this period marked the beginning of Bishnoi transforming into a gangster. Following this, he successfully formed a huge network in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Rajasthan.
He has faced scores of trials in cases of murder, attempt to murder, extortion and robbery in several states, including Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. Currently, he is in Tihar jail.
The reason of Baba Siddiqui’s murder is assumed to be his close bond with actor Salman Khan as once a close aid of Lawrence Bishnoi, Rohit Godara, claimed that anyone who is the friend of Bollywood actor Salman Khan is their enemy.
Indian Bollywood Actor Salman Khan is on the hit list of Lawrence Bishnoi since 1998 for shooting two blackbucks in Rajasthan who they see as the reincarnation of their religious Guru Bhagwan Jambeshwar.
Gangster Rohit Godara, whose real name is Rawat Das Swami, a wanted criminal from Rajasthan, is also a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. He had recently taken the responsibility of the gunshot firing incident that took place outside popular singer AP Dhillon’s house in Canada. The reason of this firing was AP Dhillon’s bond with actor Salman Khan.
