Before worshipping the goddess, we should clean the area for worship and keep flowers and Kalash around the altar. Don't forget to keep books and pens near the dirty.
Decorate the area with rangoli and flowers. As per tradition, we should keep the altar facing north or east. Offer fruits and flowers at the feet of the idol, while offering these recite mantras of the Goddess Saraswati.
Devotees should wear yellow or occasionally white colour on this day. Devotees should get up early t, take a bath, and worship Goddess Saraswati and Lord Ganesha.
