With the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab, many big changes are going to be made soon. The first change initiated by Bhagwant Mann is, he appointed A. Venu Prasad as his Principal Secretary.
A. Venu Prasad is a 1991 batch officer. He did his MBA and MA in Public Policy from USA. He is presently Addtional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Govt of Punjab, and Taxation Deptt and has remained the CMD of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited. He is an honest and respectable IAS Officer.
Aam Aadmi Party leader Bhagwant Mann will take oath on 16th March in Khatkar Kalan of Nawanshahr. There will be a change in the officers only after the swearing-in of CM.
