Bihar Police alleges foul play on behalf of Mumbai Police in the SSR case

DGP say's Mumbai police neither forwarded them postmortem report nor CCTV footage.

Top Bihar Police Official- DGP Gupteshwar Pandey alleged that the Mumbai Police has not been cooperating with the Bihar police in any manner. Neither have they forwarded Sushant's postmortem report nor any CCTV footage or recorded statements.

Pandey added that with each passing day the mystery revolving around the Sushant Singh Rajput case has been intensifying. He said that if the family of the late actor's kin wants the CBI to intervene, it is their sole discretion however; the Bihar Police is competent enough to crack the case. We will not let this case slip past us so easily!

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar was lately heard saying that if the family of the late actor wants to, we will definitely demand for a CBI inquiry. The Mumbai Police hasn't been cooperative at the moment. It is not like there is any personal animosity between the two states (Mumbai and Bihar). Mumbai CM Uddhav Thackeray was also reportedly heard saying- "if anyone has substantial proof related to the case they must come forward. We will make sure that the perpetrators are hanged."

The young actor committed suicide on the 14th of June by hanging himself in his apartment. On the 28th of July, Rajput's father KK Singh filed a complaint in the Rajeev Nagar Police Station situated in Patna after which an FIR was lodged against Reha Chaarborty and the members of her family. A team of 4 police officers arrived in Mumbai to investigate the matter but the Mumbai police neither provided them with any vehicle for travelling within the city nor have they handed over any documents to the officers investigating the case.
