Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday broke the internet after he addressed the state's Vidhan Sabha on the Caste-Based Census. Bihar CM was explaining the work done by the state government when he had to explain the difference in numbers between boys and girls. In order to do so, Nitish Kumar started giving out Sex Education in Vidhan Sabha.
During Nitish Kumar's sex education speech, many women leaders were also sitting. As a result, Nitish Kumar's adult speech went viral and Bihar CM was subjected to social media criticism. Nitish Kumar was trying to explain the reason behind the rise in population in Bihar and how an educated girl can help stop it.
Before this, CM Nitish Kumar proposed to extend caste-based reservations to 65 percent in the state, up from the 50 percent ceiling set by the Supreme Court. The Chief Minister's big announcement in the assembly followed soon after the state released the full report of the controversial caste survey detailing the economic conditions of various sections.
