Kangana Ranaut's video slamming Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has started to backfire herself. The BMC on Wednesday filed a fresh plea in civil court to demolish part of Kangana's home. Before this, the BMC demolished Kangana's office and halted their demolition after the Bombay High Court put a stay on it.
Going by the reports of Times Now, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has filed a fresh plea and this time they want permission to demolish the Bollywood actress's home. The BMC seeks permission to demolish the illegally constructed parts of Kangana's Khar residence.
Responding to it, former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis released his video and said, "If someone doesn't agree with the government then they will be stopped at the road and beaten by the government agencies, these kinds of things never happened in Maharashtra before. If something is wrong then there is no harm in telling that is wrong. Maharashtra is humiliated due to those remarks however, what the government is doing the state is being more humiliated in India. If there is illegal construction, then action should take place but it should take place with everyone.
If someone is talking against your government and then you are taking such actions then it is absolutely wrong. The action taken by the BMC is totally based on a vendetta of the Shiv Sena which can never be accepted or respected."
