In the Budget 2021, finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman
announces new scheme for the welfare of women and children in Assam and West
Bengal. 

The new scheme focuses on Women and Children, however,
the details are still awaited. As per reports, the scheme shall be engineered
in such a way so that it gives political mileage to the ruling party in the
incoming poll in West Bengal. 

India is also expected to launch new vehicle scrapping
policy. India will allocate Rs 2.87 trillion for clean water supplies over the
