Builder's minor son & Brahma Realty heir kills 2 in speeding Porche in Pune, FIR filed

In a shocking development, a famous builder's minor son on Sunday midnight hit multiple vehicles with his speeding supercar killing two people. The accused is 17 years old and is the son of a Pune-based builder. As per Pune's local media outlet, He was allegedly involved in the collision while driving a Porche car at high speed when he lost his control and collided with multiple vehicles. The accident took place at 3:15 am in the morning in Kalyani Nagar. An FIR has been registered against the 17-year-old minor under relevant provisions. 

As per a local Pune media outlet, the minor accused of R.Brahma Sun City was involved in a collision with a motorcycle and other vehicles while driving a Porsche car. The accident occurred in Kalyani nagar around 3:15 am, as the young woman and her friends were leaving the Ballr pub after a party. Shocking footage captured the aftermath of the accident, showing the young woman lying on the road.

In the video, many locals can be seen beating down a man who was allegedly driving the supercar. Enraged locals also vandalised the Porche car after the incident. 

As per the FIR, the deceased have been identified as Anis Awadhiya and Ashwini Costa. They were returning from a late night party. A case was registered against the car driver at the Yerawada police station under various Indian Penal Code sections, including 279 ('rash driving or riding on a public way), 304A (causing death of any person by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide), 337 (causing hurt to any person by doing any act so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life or personal safety of others) and 338 (causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), and provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.
