A businessman in Punjab has presented a stunning Rolex watch worth ₹1 crore to his contractor, Rajinder Singh Roopra, in recognition of his outstanding work on a lavish 9-acre estate. Gurdip Dev Bath commissioned the property and praised Roopra's unwavering commitment to "quality, speed of delivery, and meticulous attention" to detail as the driving force behind this generous gift.
The exquisite Rolex Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller, made of 18-carat yellow gold, features a robust Oyster bracelet and a striking champagne-colored dial. Over the course of two years, Roopra managed a daily workforce of over 200 laborers to complete the expansive project on time.
"This is not just a house; it's a statement of grandeur, carefully designed and constructed to reflect timeless elegance," Bath stated. He commended Roopra for not only meeting but exceeding the family's expectations throughout the construction process.
The design, led by architect Ranjodh Singh, includes a sweeping boundary wall that encircles the estate, giving it the appearance of a private fortress. The property boasts expansive halls, beautifully landscaped gardens, and unique architectural features that blend style with practicality.
Roopra expressed that working on such a large-scale project was both challenging and rewarding, crediting the cohesive efforts of the entire workforce for bringing Bath's vision to life. He emphasized that creating a property of this caliber, inspired by the spirit of Rajasthani forts, was no small feat.
