In a blood-boiling incident, multiple videos went viral on Thursday showing BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Toronto, Canada vandalised and defaced with 'Khalistan Zindabad' graffiti. Toronto Swaminarayan Mandir vandalism has sparked massive outrage among Indians, especially among Hindus as the slogans which were written is 'anti-India'. As soon as Toronto Swaminarayan Mandir 'Khalistan Zindabad' video went viral on social media, the Indian High Commission came into action. India on Thursday strongly condemned the Toronto Swaminarayan Mandir defacing and urged the Canadian authorities to probe the matter.
The High Commission of India in Ottawa took to its Twitter handle and wrote, "We strongly condemn defacing of BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir Toronto with anti-India graffiti. Have requested Canadian authorities to investigate the incident and take prompt action on perpetrators. @MEAIndia @IndiainToronto @PIB_India @DDNewslive @CanadainIndia @cgivancouver. (SIC)"

Furthermore, Chandra Arya, Member of Parliament, Canada also took to his Twitter handle and wrote, "Vandalism of Toronto BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir by Canadian Khalistani extremists should be condemned by all. This is not just an isolated event. Canadian Hindu temples have been targeted in the recent past by these kinds of hate crime. Hindu Canadians are legitimately concerned."

In multiple viral videos which are doing rounds on social media, it can be seen the gates of the temple has been defaced with 'Khalistan Zindabad' graffiti. Furthermore, another video shows anti-India people has written 'Hindustan Murdabad' in an attempt to threaten India religiously and also hurting their nationalistic sentiments.
