Recently, a viral video featuring a Canadian landlord and an Indian tenant has gone viral. In the video, the Canadian landlord is seen forcibly evicting the Indian tenant and the tenant is seen shirtless, standing helplessly there. The landlord is seen removing the tenant’s belongings out of the house. This video has gone viral and has gained more than 1.7 million views.
This viral video is of 15 seconds were the Indian tenant is seen in a white pant standing shirtless. The landlord can be heard abusing the tenant as he throws his belongings out of the house. This incident took place because the Indian tenant was not ready to vacate the house. The landlord then decided to forcefully evict the tenant from the house.
This video was shared by an account named ‘Ghar ke Kalesh’ on X and the caption read, “Desi guy and his landlord over he had fight with landlord because he was not vacating the house then the landlord came and started moving his stuff out by himself, Brampton, Canada.”
This viral video has got mixed comments where some of the users are showing sympathy for the Indian tenant whereas some of them are supporting the Canadian landlord.
One of the users has commented, “This is so sad. Imagine being thrown out like this in a foreign land. Heart breaking.” While Another said, “Landlords can be ruthless, but there must have been a reason for this.”
“The tenant might have reasons for not vacating, but it’s also unfair for landlords to feel powerless. Unfortunately, it had to escalate to this point. I feel for both sides here. This is a complex issue that requires more understanding from both parties,” a user wrote.
Some of the users were not sympathetic, one user said “The guy should’ve left when asked—this is what happens,” one person commented. Another commented, “Typical desi drama, but that landlord took it a step too far.”
One of the users also blamed Justin Trudeau for this incident, saying, “The Trudeau family and their terrible policies have ruined Canada. This is really uncomfortable to watch.”
