A major development has taken place in Sushant Singh Rajput's case as reports suggest that CBI is considering polygraphic test of the suspects in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. Going by the reports of Times Now, the CBI is considering to conduct a polygraphic test on the suspects of Sushant Singh Rajput's case.
This will include Rhea Chakraborty, her family, Neeraj, Samuel Miranda, and the others listed in the FIR of Sushant Singh Rajput's family. There are continuous variations and differences in statements are coming in the statements recorded by the CBI. However, to conduct a polygraphic test there are three steps the CBI had to follow.
First, the consent of the person who will be undergoing the test, second, has to be given access to a lawyer and third consent from the judicial magistrate. Although the result of the polygraphic test cannot be used as evidence it can be used in the final report.
If the person refuses to go through the polygraphic test then that will also go in the final report.
