The CBI has finally started to take concrete actions in Sushant Singh Rajput's case ever since the AIIMS has submitted it's final conclusive report. Huge developments have started to come in as media report suggests that Sushant's flatmate Sidharth Pithani and his cook Neeraj are under 24 hours CBI protection in Delhi.
Pithani in a brief interaction with the media said that he has given names to the CBI and Sushant will soon get justice. Now another development has come in and it says that the CBI will once again record the statement of Sushant's flatmate however this will be under section 164 i.e.it will be in front of a magistrate. The CBI will be recording his statement under section 164 so that Pithani will not change his testimony in the future. By doing this the CBI's charge sheet will become strong.
Report says that Pithani and Neeraj will be made either approver or witness in Sushant Sinh Rajput's case
As per reports, Pithani also revealed to the CBI that outsiders entered Sushant's house on the intervening night of June 13th. Sushant Singh Rajput's flat terrace has now become the epicenter of questions where the AIIMS team kept on going during the recreation of the crime scene.
Now, it is not so far when the CBI finally submits its charge sheet in Sushant Singh Rajput's case.
