The CBSE board exams are about to begin on 26th April. Due to the pandemic and covid restrictions many changes have been made in the examination being conducted in two terms. Some of the changes are that the color of the answer book of 10th and 12th will be different. One with 32 pages will be without a graph and the book with a graph will have 42 pages. Even if one page is short or missing from the book then the students must report it. The center superintendent has to check the blank answer book as instructed by the board.
15 minutes will be given to the students to read the question paper:
In case the candidate finds out any mistake, they have to immediately report the RO. Every exam has to be written according to the serial number on the attendance sheet. The examination hall will be open 45 minutes before the exam i.e. at 9:45 which is also instructed by the board. The students are given 15 minutes to read the question paper so, it needs to be distributed between 10 am to 10:15 am. All the candidates appearing for the exam can start writing the exam at 10:30 am. The question papers will reach the school 45 minutes before the commencement of the exam, as the board is asked to maintain the confidentiality of the question paper. Also, the schools will have to upload a photo after receiving the question papers. While receiving the question papers it has to be opened in front of 4 witnesses and 1 Assistant Superintendent.
18 candidates will be monitored by a single Assistant Superintendent:
Every room will accommodate 18 students during the exam. There will be one Assistant Superintendent for 18 students. There will be one for 20 candidates, two for 21 to 100 candidates, three for 101 to 400 and four for more than 401 Center Superintendent.
