In a massive development, two suspects involved in the recent bomb blasts outside two clubs in Chandigarh were arrested after a high-intensity police encounter in Hisar on Friday evening. The joint operation was carried out by the Chandigarh Police and Hisar’s Special Task Force (STF).

Lawrence Bishnoi Gang's associates Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara took responsibility for low-intensity blasts outside the two Chandigarh Clubs in Sector 26 in a social media post. The gang targeted De’orra restaurant and Sevillee Bar and Lounge, owned by Bollywood rapper Badshah. Now, the question arises as to why a new animosity is brewing between Badshah and the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Below is what we know so far-

Why did Goldy Brar target Badshah's Chandigarh Club?

The answer is for so-called protection money.  In an unverified social media post, the gangsters outlined that the owners of the club did not pay attention to their protection money demands i.e. extortion demands.

The post reads, "Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara of Lawrence Gang take responsibility for the 2 blasts. We had sent messages to the owners of these two clubs for protection money. But, they were not able to hear our call ring. We carried out these blasts to open their ears. Whoever is ignoring our calls should understand that something bigger than this can happen."

Another reason why rapper Badshah has come on Goldy Brar's radar is his link with actor Salman Khan. It has been witnessed that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has made multiple attacks on celebrities who share a cordial bond with Salman Khan.

For instance, Lawrence Bishnoi's gang fired outside AP Dhillon's Canada house after he launched a music video with Salman Khan. Before, AP Dhillon, the Bishnoi gang also targeted Punjabi actor and singer Gippy Garewal as he shared the stage with Salman Khan.

Later, Gippy clarified that he had no connection with Salman and he only met the Dabbang actor due to his professional obligations. Badshah's animosity reason with Goldy Brar cannot be directly linked to Salman Khan as it is still speculative and the Police are currently investigating the matter. However, Badshah has expressed his admiration for Shah Rukh and Salman in the past.

During a podcast on Raj Shamani's YouTube channel, Badshah recalled being in the room while the two Khans (Shah Rukh and Salman) chatted, and he quietly observed them. As the conversation continued, the Khans offered him biryani and exchanged anecdotes. Badshah, enjoying the moment, eventually had to leave, but the experience left a lasting impression.
