After his marriage, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann arrived at Sachkhand Shri Harmandir Sahib with his wife Dr. Gurpreet Kaur to pay obeisance. Security was tightened in Gurunagari in view of the CM's visit.
On this occasion, he paid homage to the Golden Temple and sought the courage of the people of Punjab to fulfill their responsibilities and prayed for the welfare of all and thanked God. After bowing down, the newlyweds interacted with the media and said, they had arrived to seek the blessings of Guru Sahib, and may God bless the family. He said that I could fulfill the responsibility given to me by the people of Punjab. I thank the people of Punjab who have congratulated me and my family.
He also said that the AAP government would take decisions in favor of the people of Punjab. Every decision will be taken by asking the people. The budget of Punjab has also been prepared by asking the people. "We have started a campaign to create a colorful Punjab. In a few days you will see a colorful Punjab being built," he said. Law and order is completely under control. No compromise will be made with it.
