Indian National Congress on Friday released their seventh list to announce 35 more candidates while BJP has now announced a total of 220 candidates in two lists released so far. The major announcement in Congress' seventh list was that senior leader Raj Babbar will be contesting from Fatehpur Sikri instead of Moradabad. Now, Shayar Imran Pratapgadhi will contest from Moradabad instead of Babbar.
Congress leader Renuka Chaudhary will be contesting from Khammam constituency of Telangana while Naseemuddin Siddiqui will contest from Bijnaur.
Congress, in its seventh list, announced 4 candidates from Chhattisgarh, 3 from Jammu and Kashmir, 5 from Maharashtra, 2 from Odisha, 8 from Tamil Nadu,1 from Telangana,2 from Tripura, 9 from Uttar Pradesh and one from Pudducherry.

While BJP, in its second list, announced 23 candidates from Andhra Pradesh, one from Assam, 6 from Maharashtra, 5 from Odisha and one from Meghalaya.
From BJP, Rajkumar Chahal will contest against Raj Babbar from the Fatehpur Sikri constituency. Sambit Patra will be contesting from Puri constituency of Odisha while Girish Baapat has been announced to contest from Pune.
Congress has been very careful in choosing candidates from various constituencies shuffling some candidates and even rejecting some candidates who are currently serving as parliamentarians. With Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi and General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra campaigning on a full swing, Congress is hoping to turn the tables this time around in the Lok Sabha Elections 2019.
