A Covid19 vaccination camp was organised today at the premises of Income Tax Office Jalandhar, on Monday.
Around 270 employees of central government aged between 18 to 60 years were inoculated with first dose of vaccine. The camp was organised on directions of Dr Girish Bali IRS Additional commissioner Income Tax Jalandhar in coordination with the authorities of District Administration Jalandhar.
Dr Bali said, “The vaccine is safe and effective. It is the best way to flatten the curve of the second wave of the pandemic. People should rather be satisfied that Covid vaccine is now available to pull them out of the danger of getting infected at some point of time”.

He also asked the vaccinated people to dispel misinformation about the safety of vaccines.
