In the WhatsApp group of 2017, Deepika asked for 'Hash' (a kind of drug), and 'Maal Hai Kya?' line was written. Apart from Deepika, Karisma and Jaya Saha were also its administrators. The group, which was removed a few months ago, was associated with many famous stars and their managers. The investigating agency has received several drug chats of this group, on the basis of which NCB can register a case for running a syndicate.
Sources also state that there are a total of 12 members in this group, apart from Deepika, 2 other members are its administrators. Karishma told in her interrogation that she used to work under Jaya Saha and she had many conversations with Deepika. According to the source, Karisma has accepted the purchase of drugs for Deepika. The chats of this group prove that many celebrities used to buy drugs through their staff or manager.
NCB on Friday interrogated Deepika's manager Karishma Prakash. She has clearly denied her involvement in any drug related matters. According to sources, as soon as the interrogation of Karishma started, she started crying. When NCB showcased the evidence of her joining this group, then she has made many big revelations about the actress. If sources are to be believed, Karishma said that Deepika had forcefully included her in this group.
