As the actor is preparing up for his next cricket film, Deepika is seen hitting him with a bat as Ranveer jumps high. Sharing the video, the actor captioned, "Story of my Life 😅 Real & Reel! @deepikapadukone @83thefilm".

Deepika will be once again seen sharing the screen space with Ranveer Singh in the upcoming Kabir Khan directorial '83'.
Deepika will also turn a producer with this film. '83' which narrates the historic tale of India winning the 1983 cricket world cup, is slated to release on April 10, 2020. Ranveer Singh is playing the role of Kapil Dev in the film and Deepika Padukone is set to play Kapil Dev's wife Romi Bhatia in the film.
