In a rare feat DIG Patiala Range, Vikram Jeet Duggal has received a Certificate of Commitment from the World Book Records London as recognition of his persistent hard work and leading from the front ability during the battle against Covid-19.
Jasvir Singh Shinda Adjudicator and Punjab Vice President World Book of Records London (UK) bestowed the certificate to the 2007 Batch IPS Officer of Telangana Cadre, who is on inter cadre deputation to Punjab and has served as SSP Amritsar Rural and then as SSP Patiala.
