Diljit Dosanjh Hyderabad Concert, Diljit Dosanjh Telangana Government, Diljit Dosanjh Legal Notice, Diljit Dosanjh Dil-Luminati Concert Hyderabad: In an eyebrow-raising development ahead Diljit Dosanjh's concert in Hyderabad, the Punjabi singer was served with legal notice from the Telangana Government. Under his Dil-Luminati Tour, Diljit Dosanjh will be performing in Hyderabad on November 15, 2024. Diljit Dosanjh's Hyderabad Concert will take place at Hyderabad Home from 7 pm onwards. However, hours before his live concert, Diljit Dosanjh received a notice from the Telangana Government. Below is the reason why-
Why is Diljit Dosanjh's Hyderabad concert in legal trouble?
Telangana government has issued a notice to the Punjabi singer restricting the presence of 'children' on stage during the live concert. The state government has also asked the Punjabi singer to not sing songs that promote alcohol, drugs, or violence. The government also flagged the side effects of loud sounds and flashing lights during the concert are harmful to children.
“According to World Health Organisation (WHO) adults should not be exposed to a sound with a peak sound pressure level above 140 db. For children the sound level is reduced to 120 db. Therefore children should not be used on stage during peak live show where peak sound level is above 120 db," the Telangana govt notice to Diljit Dosanjh read.
The notice has been issued by the District Welfare Officer of the Department of Welfare of Women and Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens, Rangareddy.
It is pertinent to mention here that Diljit Dosanjh won't be able to perform on songs like Panj Tara or Patiala Peg in the Hyderabad concert. Recently, Diljit shared a video from Hyderabad on his Instagram handle. In the video, Diljit shared a light moment with an auto driver and also visited iconic sites like Char Minar, etc.
